Each ACTS retreat consists of a Director, two or three Co-Directors and approximately 30 additional team members. Teams are compromised of members from prior retreats from parishes throughout Connecticut. At the end of a retreat, the team disbands and ultimately ceases to exist as a team. A new team is selected for each retreat.
The administrative body of ACTS is referred to as CORE. This group consists of volunteers that have been on an ACTS retreat and also served as a Team member. They assist with the selection of each new retreat Director. The also co-ordinate the scheduling of the ACTS retreat program times and locations.
